For over 60 years we have specialized in products for customers in the catering industry (business, care & education), the catering and hotel industry, as well as caterers and menu manufacturers and for the food retail sector. We have developed into the leading premium provider of pasta specialties in the bulk consumer sector throughout Germany and are distributed nationwide through retailers. In the food retail sector, we are predominantly represented in southern Germany.

Boiling proof. Bite-proof.
Since 1965, now in the 3rd generation, we have been producing a high-quality top product in Birkenfeld near Pforzheim – the Jeremias fine pasta specialties.
Selected durum wheat semolina from the best growing regions, fresh eggs from German barn farming and the great Birkenfeld drinking water from a Black Forest spring, together with the gentle production, result in boil-proof noodles that simply remain firm to the bite.
We attach great importance to gentle and nutrient-preserving production and combine our know-how from years of tradition with the use of modern technology. The pasta is dried at gentle temperatures, allowing the typical pasta taste to fully develop. The great care taken by our long-standing and experienced employees during production guarantees the consistently high quality of Jeremias pasta specialties.
Jeremias pasta comes in over 50 different pasta shapes. This means there are no limits to your imagination in the kitchen. The range is presented in different qualities that differ in egg content.
Tradition for over 70 years
Helmut Jeremias founded a bakery in Klix / Bautzen in 1949. At that time it was part of the bakery trade that pasta was also made.
In 1956 production moved to Birkenfeld near Pforzheim. From 1965 onwards, Helmut Jermeias concentrated solely on the production of pasta.
The company moved to its current location on Industriestrasse in 1965.
In the 2nd generation, several expansions took place under Horst Jeremias. With the participation of the third generation, Mark and Guido Jeremias, the new, 2,800 square meter production hall was completed in 1998.
In 2012, further renovation work was carried out, which created additional space for expansion.

We primarily supplied the catering industry, hotels, canteens, caterers, processors and large consumers. As a specialist in first-class pasta, we have enjoyed the trust of our customers from the catering and retail sectors for decades.
We are rightly proud of that. We have always placed great value on the highest quality in order to meet the wishes of our demanding customers.
The success of the last few years honors our philosophy, because more and more quality-conscious customers appreciate our fine pasta specialties and are now specifically looking for them in food retailers.
