That’s why we use pure durum wheat semolina from the best growing regions, fresh German barn eggs in accordance with quality class A and first-class drinking water from a Black Forest spring for Jeremias pasta.
This dedication continues in production, which is carried out according to the highest hygienic and environmentally friendly standards and under strict controls of every single work step. The reward for all our efforts is the result: real Jeremias noodles – incomparably delicious and wonderfully al dente, appreciated and loved by everyone who has ever tasted them.
