Our quality management works using all possible cost reduction measures and was confirmed for the first time in 1996 by certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001. The perfect microbiological properties of our products are ensured by an independent testing laboratory.
Regular tests by the European Grain Monitoring (EGM) ensure that only durum wheat semolina of the highest quality goes into our pasta. And because we process a natural product that behaves differently every day despite the latest technology, we rely not least on the experience and know-how of our long-standing, trained employees.
