Where do quality, enjoyment and love of home come together as deliciously as in our Swabian spaetzle? As a Swabian company, the “national dish” of Baden-Württemberg is of course particularly close to our hearts (and palates). That’s why we went to great lengths and created a very special pasta specialty: Jeremias Swabian Spaetzle g.g.A..
Like homemade.
Every single spaetzle has its own shape, sometimes elongated, sometimes short, sometimes thick, sometimes thin, completely individual. In short: spaetzle that can hardly be distinguished from homemade ones. Not just visually, but also in terms of taste. See for yourself!
Geographically protected.
g.g.A. means “protected Geographical Indication”. This seal of origin awarded by the EU stands for regional quality: in order to receive it, at least one of the value creation stages of the product awarded with it – production, processing or manufacturing – must take place in the region.
